We use premium delivery companies to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and usually within 3-7 working days, depending on the country. We ship out your order between 1-2 working days from receipt.
Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.
Currently we are shipping to Europe, the Russian Federation, Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, and Asia. In Asia, we ship to China, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam. To make a special enquiry for countries not listed, please send us an email to email@example.com.
The freight charge depends on your shipping address and the weight of your purchase.
If your delivery country charges customs or import duties – these will be charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you have received a parcel with the wrong product or a damaged one, please let us know immediately and we will take care of it.

If you want to return something for other reasons, you may ship it back to us at your own expense and we will refund your purchase price within 14 working days from when we receive the product in good condition.
