  • Should my sand products have variations in the wood?
    Wood is a natural living material: imperfections, as well as knots, are the beauty and personality of the material. At sand we appreciate the story and life of each part of the wood.
  • How will sunlight affect my sand wooden products?
    Colors may change if the wood or lacquered surfaces are exposed to the sun for long periods of time.
  • Should I use wax or oil on my sand wooden products?
    After long use, we suggest applying natural wood wax or oil, directly on wood surface.
  • Should I use abrasive cleaners on my sand furniture?

    We suggest avoiding any abrasive detergent, cloth or sponge to remove dirt.

  • What should I use to clean my wooden products from sand?
    Wipe clean with a damp cloth and remove excess water. Moisture can crack and stain. sand wood products are made to last lifetime and they age well with scratches and children’s engraved names on them.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you need to cancel your order for any reason and it has not been shipped out yet, you may do so by sending us an email at: order@sandforkids.com.
  • Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

  • Will you ship to a PO box?

  • How long does it take to receive an order?
    Usually within 3-7 working days, depending on the country. Read more at Delivery & Returns.
  • Why didn’t I receive my order or shipping confirmation email?
    If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation, it is likely your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Orders are normally sent within 1-2 working days after receipt of your order, but delays can occur. It is also possible that your order was shipped and the notification wasn’t sent due to a technical error. If it has been more than 8 days since you placed your order, please email us.   If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, don’t place a new order until you are sure the order didn’t go through. Otherwise you may end up with a duplicate order. Please contact customer service in order to verify if we have received your order.
  • What should I do if I receive a damaged product or I have received the wrong product?
